Description

I wanted to draw another picture of a character I don’t usually draw, and the suggestion was Italy! It’s WWII themed to match a similar picture of France (here). Hopefully it’s not too dark looking, but I wanted to try to give the feel of a fake smile since he is such a cheerful character.

Ahh so cool! Yeah, Feli usually is such a cheerful character, but I'm sure it's quite an effort to keep it up in such dark times. Love your style!!
